The Directorate of Fiscal Services has the responsibility of quickening collection of revenues and taxes accrued by trying to collect them within the legal boundaries and the legal time, arranging advertisement, Entertainment, Environment – Cleaning and Real Estate Taxes in accordance with the developing technology, and arranging receipts of Expenditure contribution fee; and increasing the revenues of the Municipality. Our Directorate is also responsible of making relevant procedure, allowance and calculation checks regarding all payments, following up required correspondences with the Ministry of Finance and accruals, concluding them in a systematic way; and informing the top management by making necessary fiscal analysis about debits and credits of our Municipality. Moreover, our Directorate has also undertaken recognition of payments made by our Municipality and storing them as an archive, and also making them ready for Court of Accounts every year. The Directorate of Fiscal Services makes the payment transactions of expenditures of our Municipality accrued in accordance with the Public Finance Management and Control Law No. 5018, and State Vouchers bylaw; and it keeps record of wage and salary payments of employees. It draws up the budget of our Municipality. It ensures revenue accruals and collection in accordance with the Municipality Law No. 5393 and Municipality Revenue Law No. 2464; and in the end of the year it lists the definite operations, and following the approval of the Municipal Council, this list is presented to the Court of Accounts.
